EASY MONGOLIAN BEEF

  • 2 # steak, thinly sliced on a bias

  • 6 green onions

  • 1/2 cup tamari

  • 2 T fresh ginger (don’t use ground, the recipe won’t turn out)

  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

Slice steak and marinate with all other ingredients for at least an hour. Sauté strips of steak in olive oil, reserve liquid from marinade. When all meat has been seared, remove from pan and add liquid from marinade. Simmer marinade a few minutes and add meat back in to coat. Serve over a bed of rice.
