CHICKEN SALAD

  • 1 whole boiled or roasted chicken

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 2 T Mamacita’s creole seasoning

  • 2 t curry powder

  • 2 stalks celery, diced finely

  • 3 green onions, diced finely

Instructions

Shred whole chicken. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let rest 30 min-overnight. (The longer it rests the more the flavors will merry) Enjoy y’all!
