ESSENTIAL OIL WATER

  • 8 ounces water

  • 2 drops CPTG essential oil (suggestions below)

  • fresh herbs or fruit

    Instructions:

Use a glass or stainless steel cup or bottle. I like to add my oils first and then my water, it kind of mixes the oils in on its own. Start small, especially if you decide to use an oil that supports digestion. Some people adjust quickly and some need to gradually get their bodies used to the oils. Remember, I know I say it a lot, but that is because I mean it!!!! NOT ALL OILS ARE CREATED EQUALLY. Do your research so you know that the oils you decide to use are safe to ingest.

Add mint, basil, sliced lemon, sliced lime, or any fresh herbs or fruit that sound good.

Here are some suggestions of different essential oils I like to add to my water:

  1. Lemon

  2. Wild Orange

  3. Lime

  4. Protective Blend (supports your immune system)

  5. Digestive Blend (can you guess what body system this might support?)

  6. Frankincense

  7. Copaiba

The list goes on, some people enjoy peppermint essential oil, etc. The ones above just happen to be my favorite oils to add to my water. I don’t add it to every glass, but I do have a glass water bottle I travel with and I try to drink a couple bottles worth every day. Hope y’all enjoy it, and try something new with your guests next time you host!

Y’all come back now, ya hear?
