DADDYCITA’S PORK STEW

INGREDIENTS

• 2# pork loin roast

• 1 recipe Mamacita’s Beef Seasoning Mix

• 4 medium red potatoes, diced

• 1/3 cup tamari

• 1 medium onion, diced

• 1 jalapeño, diced

• Dash of Mamacita’s Creole Seasoning

• 2 cups water

1. Add all ingredients to an instant pot.

2. Cook on high pressure 1 1/2 hours from frozen.

3. Natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then manual pressure release. Enjoy y’all!
