BALSAMIC CHOPPED SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce

  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 head red cabbage

  • 1/2 bunch green onions

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1 package Taste Republic brand fusilli, cooked and cooled

  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and diced

  • 1 recipe Mamacita’s Balsamic Dressing

  1. Dice all veggies.

  2. Combine all ingredients, except dressing.

  3. Just before serving, toss with balsamic dressing.

    Notes: Fare warning, you may want to double this recipe. It goes quickly and turns out to be a fan favorite. Just ask my hubby, daughter, and sister in law. It has become a family staple, and it is easy to prep!
